Role Overview:
We are looking for high-energy Sales & Marketing Associates to drive on-ground adoption of MatBook acrosscontractors, residential societies, retailers, and construction professionals. This is a field-heavy role requiring strong people skills, local market understanding, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build customer pipelines across construction and renovation markets.
- Engage with residential communities, societies, and facility management teams.
- Execute on-ground marketing activities, awareness drives, and referral initiatives.
- Onboard and manage retail partners, distributors, and supply-side stakeholders.
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects and market opportunities.
- Drive platform adoption and assist customers throughout the onboarding process.




- Identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily activity reports and market feedback records.

Requirements:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field sales and on-ground activities
- Own vehicle preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
