- Drive birthday party bookings and group events
- Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them into customers
- Manage WhatsApp, Instagram & call inquiries
- Build partnerships with schools & local communities

Operations Management
- Oversee daily playzone operations
- Manage staff and schedules
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally

Marketing Support
- Assist in executing offers & promotions
- Coordinate with owner for campaigns and events

Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in sales / operations / hospitality / playzone / events
- Robust communication skills (Hindi + English required)
- Good with customers, especially parents & kids
- Basic knowledge of Instagram & WhatsApp business
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in or near Kandivali
