Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visually compelling designs aligned with brand identity and business objectives
- Design offline marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, banners, in-store branding, and promotional assets
- Plan and execute product photography shoots, including lighting, composition, and styling
- Perform advanced image editing, retouching, and color correction
- Support video content creation including basic editing, transitions, and reels
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all communication channels
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to deliver creative solutions
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, ideation, and design quality
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a skilled environment
- Demonstrated experience in handling both digital and print design projects independently:




- Prior experience in product-based industries (retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle) will be an added advantage
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, branding, and campaign-based work is mandatory

Core Skills & Competencies

1. Graphic Design Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to conceptualize and execute brand-focused creative campaigns:
- Experience in social media creatives, ad designs, and marketing collaterals

2. Photography & Visual Content Skills
- Practical knowledge of product photography, lighting setups, and composition
- Ability to manage in-house photoshoots independently
- Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and enhancement

3. Video Editing Skills
- Working knowledge of tools such as DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software:
