Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and guidelines
- Supervise teaching-learning processes and promote innovative pedagogy
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment
- Oversee school operations, budgeting, and resource management
- Build robust relationships with parents, community, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and regulatory requirements

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
