JD For Accounts Assistant
- Maintain and manage accounting files and documents including purchase, sales, journal entries, and statutory compliance records, ensuring both digital and physical records are well organized and easily accessible.
- Manage payroll-related activities such as maintaining employee master records, collecting required documents, updating daily attendance registers, and handling other related records.
- Perform periodic reconciliations including branch reconciliation, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
- Maintain accurate financial records by entering data in Tally software (sales, purchases, expenses, bank transactions, cash, stock, etc.) and ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial information.
- Monitor and manage stock inventory records.
- Prepare and review Proforma Invoices and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain proper expense classification, prepare cash vouchers, and ensure correct accounting of expenses.
- Conduct vendor verification processes,



including GST verification and documentation checks.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
