Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing and footwear products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products
- Ensure stock availability and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions
