Role Overview

We are seeking a confident communicator who can handle outbound calls, coordinate appointments, manage staff schedules, and maintain smooth communication with clients and support teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients and customers
- Coordinate and confirm appointment bookings




- Assign and schedule staff shifts for transport and support services
- Conduct follow-up and feedback calls
- Maintain daily records and updates in the system
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
- Ensure schedules and bookings are managed accurately and on time

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident speaking over phone calls
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service or coordination experience preferred
