Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at wearzo, you will be at the forefront of our growth, bridging the gap between our high-tech manufacturing facility and the institutions that need us. You will focus on identifying, pitching, and closing bulk orders for schools, hospitals, security firms, and corporate offices. This is not just "retail sales"—it is a strategic B2B role that requires understanding fabric technicalities, production timelines, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to decision-makers in schools, hospitals, and corporate HR departments across Hyderabad and pan-India.
- Client Presentations: Showcase our 100% in-house manufacturing capabilities, explaining the benefits of our CAD/CAM precision and "no-middleman" pricing.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients,



ensuring their specific design and sizing requirements are communicated to the production team.
- Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor pricing, and recent tenders in the institutional attire segment.
- Order Tracking: Collaborate with the factory team to ensure samples are delivered on time and bulk production stays on schedule.
- CRM Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of leads, follow-ups, and order statuses to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the apparel, têxtile, or institutional supply industry.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Telugu is a massive plus for local market penetration).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital catalogues.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to handle bulk-order negotiations and long-term contract discussions.
