Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Telecaller to manage outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining call logs and following up with prospects to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and follow-up schedules.
Qualifications
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Experience: (Freshers welcome).
- Attributes: Persuasive, patient, and goal-oriented.
