Job Summary:
The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, guiding students in academic and clinical settings, contributing to research activities, and supporting departmental and institutional responsibilities in line with academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures as per the curriculum.
- Conduct classroom, laboratory, and clinical teaching.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate student performance through internal assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.

2. Clinical Supervision:
- Supervise and guide students during clinical postings.
- Ensure students follow clinical protocols and ethical practices.
- Coordinate with hospital staff for effective clinical training.




- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance of students.

3. Research & Development:
- Engage in research activities and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Guide students in research projects and dissertations (especially for Associate/Professor roles).
- Attend and present at conferences, workshops, and seminars.

4. Administrative Duties:
- Participate in departmental meetings and institutional committees.
- Assist in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Support accreditation and inspection processes (INC, RGUHS, etc.).
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to institutional policies.

5. Student Support:
- Mentor and counsel students on academic and qualified matters.
- Address student concerns and provide guidance for career development.

Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Professor:
- M.Sc Nursing in relevant specialty (OBG/MSN/CHN/Pediatrics)
- Minimum 1-3 years of teachi
