3D Max Designer (Facade & Glazing ) - Job Description (B.Arch Graduate)

A 3D Max Designer with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is responsible for creating realistic 3D architectural visualizations, exterior renders, and presentation models using software like Autodesk 3ds Max.,Revit,AutoCAD.The role combines architectural knowledge with advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills to help clients, architects, and developers visualize projects before construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior design projects using Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Develop photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and animations using rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Convert 2D drawings from software like AutoCAD into detailed 3D models.
- Create interior and exterior visualizations for residential, commercial, and landscape projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Prepare presentation visuals and walkthrough animations for client meetings and marketing materials.




- Optimize 3D scenes for effective rendering and project delivery.
- Revise models and renders based on client feedback and design changes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent degree in architecture.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction drawings, and space planning.
- Proficiency in:
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp or Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in lighting setups, camera composition, and rendering optimization.
- Ability to create architectural walkthrough animations.
- Understanding of materials, textures, and architectural detailing.
