Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Vizag (In office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place bench consultants across various technologies.
- Identify C2C job requirements from job portals, vendors, LinkedIn, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners.
- Submit consultants to relevant job openings and follow up on interviews and feedback.
- Maintain and update a vendor list and requirement pipeline.
- Communicate with consultants daily regarding job searches and interview preparation.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Bench Sales Recruiting.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, USC, GC, OPT/CPT).
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
