We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Advisor

Job Description:
- Managing and administering Proofpoint Protection servers for the customers.
- Support and manage Cloud and On-premises Proofpoint appliances.
- Support and manage On-premises and Cloud TRAP appliances.
- Support and maintain the EFD environment.
- Support and manage Proofpoint TAP.
- Support and manage Proofpoint Browser Isolation.
- Plan and Coordinate with the vendor for regular health checks and implement vendor recommendations
- Support 24x7 steady state operations-Adaptable working in US business hours for all required work done and during weekends.
- Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.
- Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations.
- Works on abstract and complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables.
- Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations.




- Provides advanced technical support within area of expertise to clients on complex integration issues and is often in a lead role within major projects. systems as needed to implement recommended solution within given parameters.
- Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures.
- Possess the ability to work independently with mínimal management supervision and with a global team of engineers
- Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Technical Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
