Job Summary

Right Gold Private Limited is looking to hire a Fresher Law Graduate (LLB) for corporate legal, compliance, and documentation-related work. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure in corporate legal advisory, contract management, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal operations within a corporate environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher Law Graduate (LLB).
- Internship/Training experience in a Corporate Company, Startup, Law Firm, or Listed Company is mandatory.

- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, contracts, notices, legal opinions, and corporate documentation.
- Supporting compliance and regulatory-related work under applicable corporate and commercial laws.
- Assisting in preparation and maintenance of legal records, compliance trackers, and statutory documentation.




- Coordinating with internal departments, consultants, legal counsels, and regulatory authorities.
- Supporting day-to-day corporate legal, secretarial, and compliance-related activities.
- Assisting in research on legal and regulatory matters, including corporate and labour law compliances.

Requirements:
- Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of corporate laws, contract drafting, and legal documentation.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and responsible work approach.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced corporate environment and manage timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
