We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:1. Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standard recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality

2. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely

3. Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and café area




- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients

4. Inventory & Stock Handling
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
- Inform the manager about shortages or wastage
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method

5. Equipment Maintenance
- Clean and maintain coffee machines and tools regularly
- Report any equipment issues immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
