We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our team at Shankar Distillers. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys speaking with new people, and is comfortable with a sales-driven environment.

Shankar Distillers is a premium spirits company based in Troy, Michigan. In addition to our products, we offer unique distillery experiences, including guided tours, tasting sessions, and private/corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound (cold) calls to corporate clients to promote distillery tours, tastings, and event bookings
- Reach out to liquor retailers to introduce and promote our products
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings/sales
- Maintain records of calls, interactions, and outcomes




- Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets

Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (80-100 calls/day)
- Robust interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn sales

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales
- Experience with cold calling or upselling
