Job Summary

The Denter is responsible for repairing, reshaping, and maintaining the body structure of electric buses damaged due to accidents, wear and tear, or operational issues. The role includes dent removal, panel alignment, welding assistance, and ensuring buses are maintained in protected and roadworthy condition as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Repair dents, damaged panels, and body structures of electric buses.
- Perform body alignment and panel fitting work.
- Use denting tools, welding equipment, grinders, and other workshop tools safely.
- Inspect buses for body damage and prepare repair requirements.
- Replace damaged body parts, panels, and fittings when required.
- Coordinate with painters and mechanical/electrical teams during repair work.
- Ensure proper finishing before handing over the vehicle for operation.




- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area.
- Follow company safety procedures and workshop discipline.
- Report major damages or repair requirements to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain records of repair work and material usage if required.
- Support emergency breakdown or accident repair work when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Experience in Automobile Body Repair or Denting Work.
- Knowledge of bus body structure and repair techniques.
- Ability to operate denting and fabrication tools.
- Basic knowledge of welding and metal finishing.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Experience Required
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in vehicle denting/body repair work.
- Experience in buses, commercial vehicles, or EV buses preferred.

Preferred Qualities
- Team player with disciplined work attitude.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
