Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the MD’s complex professional and personal calendar, ensuring efficient time allocation for domestic and international priorities.
- Communication Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders (Clients, Department Heads, and International Partners).
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, attend high-level board meetings, take meticulous minutes, and track actionable items to ensure follow-through.
- Travel Logistics: Manage comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, visas, accommodation, and meeting schedules.
- Project Oversight: Assist the MD in monitoring the progress of special projects across various departments (Sales, Production, and Logistics).
- Office Management: Ensure the MD’s office operates seamlessly, handling expenses, filing systems, and prioritizing incoming inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate / MBA or equivalent. A background in Business Administration is preferred.




- Experience: 3-7 years of experience as an EA or PA to a C-suite executive (MD/CEO/Chairman), ideally within a manufacturing or export-oriented industry.
- Communication:Exceptional command of written and spoken English. Ability to draft high-quality corporate correspondence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and G-Suite. Experience with ERP/CRM software is a plus.
- Personal Attributes:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
