Aikon Academy is seeking an Educational Counsellor with strong communication and student-handling skills, with experience in educational counselling or government exam coaching institutes. The role includes guiding students, converting enquiries into admissions, and ensuring a smooth student journey from enquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries professionally. Counsel students on available government exam courses (Punjab Police, SSC, Banking, Patwari, Clerk, NRA CET, Railways, etc.). Identify student requirements and suggest suitable courses. Lead admission conversions with effective counselling. Maintain follow-up records and track daily conversions. Coordinate with faculty, management, and telecalling team. Handle front-desk responsibilities when needed. Ensure excellent student experience and maintain institute reputation. Participate in marketing campaigns,



seminars, and admission drives. Qualifications & Skills Required Must have Graduate/Post-Graduate (any stream). Minimum 1-3 years experience in counselling (education field preferred). Excellent communication in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English. Strong convincing ability and professional attitude. Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly admission targets. Good knowledge of government exam patterns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
