Aikon Academy is seeking a proactive and result-driven Experienced Marketing Executiveto handle offline marketing activities and strategic tie-ups with schools, colleges, institutions, and local organizations.The role is strictly focused on ground-level marketing, partnerships, and collaborationsto increase brand visibility and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage offline tie-ups with schools, colleges, hostels, libraries, and local institutes
2. Plan and execute institutional collaborations and referral partnerships
3. Conduct school/college visits, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions
4. Coordinate joint promotions with local businesses and organizations
5. Manage offline admission campaigns and on-ground promotional activities
6. Represent Aikon Academy in meetings, events, and networking activities
7. Track leads generated through offline channels and tie-ups
8. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partner institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Business, or related field
2. Prior experiencein offline marketing, institutional tie-ups, or field marketing (Education sector preferred)
3. Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Willingness to travel locally for partnerships and meetings
5. Result-oriented approach with focus on admissions and growth

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in education / coaching institute marketing

2. Ability to close MOUs, collaborations, and referral agreements

3. Good local market knowledge of Punjab and nearby areas

Salary:
As per experience + performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
