Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create original designs for [Men’s/Women’s/Ethnic/Western] wear that align with current market trends on Myntra and Ajio.
- Tech Pack Creation: Develop comprehensive technical specification sheets (Tech Packs) including detailed sketches, measurements, fabric details, and trim specifications.
- Marketplace Optimization: Design styles specifically optimized for e-commerce "clickability"—focusing on silhouettes and colors that perform well in digital thumbnails.
- Sampling & Fitting:



Coordinate with the sampling unit and master tailor to ensure the first fit meets brand standards and size charts.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct weekly research on bestseller lists across Flipkart and Meesho to identify upcoming trends and gaps in the market.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tughlakabad, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
- total work: 2 years (required)
