Job Title: Inventory Manager - Logistics & Dispatch

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all inward and outward inventory movements.
- Handle dispatch planning, packaging coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock, invoices, delivery challans, and logistics records.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor store organization to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Update stock entries, purchase, and sales data in Tally Prime.
- Resolve discrepancies related to inventory and dispatches.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock and dispatch activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Executive, or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory).
- Good understanding of logistics, dispatch processes, and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Education:
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Commerce, or Logistic industry field preferred.

Salary:
- 30k to 35k / Based on experience.
