Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Qualification: Graduate (MBA/M.Com preferred)

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and explain relevant product solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture and close leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Update customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Ensure a smooth handover process after successful conversion.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Prior experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Valuable command of Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
