Production Supervisor - Plastic Injection Moulding

We are seeking a technically sound and process-driven Production Supervisor who can strengthen shop-floor performance and bring measurable improvements in output and quality.

Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve cycle time efficiency
- Control rejection levels and ensure process stability
- Set and optimize machine parameters scientifically
- Handle mould setting and trial activities
- Supervise robotic pickers and conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot moulding defects such as short shot, burn marks, sink marks, flash, warpage, silver streaks, etc.




- Maintain daily production records and documentation
- Ensure disciplined manpower handling and shift management
- Coordinate with Tool Room & Quality team for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualification

✔ Diploma / ITI / BE in Plastic / Mechanical (preferred)
✔ Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Production
✔ Strong understanding of process optimization & mould setting
✔ Experience in LED housing or thin-wall moulding will be an added advantage
✔ Knowledge of raw materials such as PC, ABS, PP, Nylon, etc.
✔ Ability to manage shift-wise manpower efficiently

Salary & Growth

₹55,000 - ₹80,000 per month
(Based on experience & technical capability)
