Gold Space Real Estate Advisory is hiring for Sales Executive & Sourcing Manager roles for our Goregaon West project mandate.

We are looking for energetic, target-driven individuals who want to grow in real estate sales and channel partner management.

Depending on your experience and skills, you will be assigned a role in Sales (Direct Client Handling) or Sourcing (Channel Partner Management).

Role 1: Sales Executive (Client Handling)
- Attend site visits with clients
- Explain project details and close deals
- Follow up with leads and convert into bookings
- Coordinate with telecalling team for site visits
- Maintain CRM updates and reports

Role 2: Sourcing Manager (Channel Partner Handling)
- Meet and activate channel partners (CPs)
- Generate site visits through brokers
- Maintain strong relationships with CPs
- Conduct CP meets and project presentations
- Track CP performance and follow-ups

Who Should Apply:




- Experience in real estate sales / sourcing preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
- Knowledge of Goregaon / Malad / Kandivali market is a plus
