Role Objective

Build and grow salon business in your assigned area through structured visits, trial placements, and repeat orders.

This role is about discipline, follow-up, and territory ownership — not random selling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Field Work
- 12-15 salon visits per day
- Meet decision-maker only
- Introduce 1-2 products
- Close small trial orders
- Fix revisit date

2. Revisit & Growth
- Follow up within 7-10 days
- Take feedback
- Convert trial into repeat
- Increase order size gradually
- Build long-term salon relationships

3. Territory Discipline
- Plan area daily
- Maintain visit & order records
- Track target vs achievement
- Attend weekly review

Performance Expectations
- 2-4 trial placements per day
- 30%+ trial-to-repeat conversion
- Build 30+ active salons in territory
- Develop strong repeat business

Required Skills:
- Comfortable with field work
- Able to handle rejection
- Confident asking for order
- Solid follow-up discipline
- Basic product learning ability
- Gujarati/Hindi speaking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
