Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical repairs (wiring, switches, lights, etc.)
- Handle plumbing work (pipe repairs, leak fixing, fittings installation)
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues quickly
- Maintain tools and ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in general maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Prior experience in maintenance or a similar role preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work

Working Conditions:
- Full-time / Part-time (as per requirement)
- May require adaptable working hours

Salary:
- Based on experience
