About the Role:
The Computer Teacher will be responsible for delivering quality computer education at the Palghar centre. The role involves teaching basic to intermediate computer skills, ensuring practical learning, and supporting students in developing digital literacy in alignment with the education program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct computer classes covering basic to intermediate digital skills.
- Prepare lesson plans as per curriculum and program objectives.
- Encourage student participation through practical and interactive sessions.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, student progress records, and documentation.
- Support students with additional practice and remedial sessions when required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of computer lab equipment.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager for smooth program implementation.
- Participate in community outreach and awareness activities related to digital education.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / IT or relevant field with minimum 1+ years of teaching experience.
- Experience in teaching computer skills or working in education/NGO programs is preferred.
- Robust communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
