Role: Retail Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting sarees, kurtis, and fabrics

Provide a friendly and confident shopping experience

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products

Maintain product display and store cleanliness

Support billing and basic store operations

Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English

Interest in fashion, têxtiles, and customer service

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory
