How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, you will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned business units, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Leaders to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies




- Proactively source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels, including internal databases, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent pipelines
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health) to identify insights and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring governance standards
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus programs, and talent market mapping efforts
- Support inclusion hiring initiatives by fostering inclusive sourcing and selection practices

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment or key stages of the hiring process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
