Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually engaging designs for our preschool’s branding and marketing needs. The role involves designing social media creatives, admission campaigns, print materials, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
- Create posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and admission creatives
- Develop engaging visuals for campaigns, festivals, and school events
- Work on branding elements such as logos, color palettes, and templates
- Design print-ready materials for offline marketing (hoardings, standees, pamphlets)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns
- Ensure all designs align with the preschool’s brand identity
- Edit basic videos/reels for social media (preferred)
- Stay updated with design trends and suggest creative ideas

Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,



Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Solid creativity and visual storytelling skills
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Basic knowledge of social media design trends

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Experience in education, preschool, or social media marketing is a plus
