Job Summary:
We are looking for a Planning Executive to support the Sales & Marketing team at Orbit Bearing. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and streamlining sales operations, ensuring smooth order management, timely delivery, and effective collaboration between sales, production, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily sales and order workflows to meet targets.

Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order tracking systems.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics for timely order fulfillment.

Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.





Handle customer inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, planning, or related roles.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
