Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and sunglasses:
- Explain product features, lens types, coatings, and pricing clearly
- Assist customers with frame selection based on face shape, style, and prescription
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom
- Keep track of stock and coordinate with inventory management
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Coordinate with optometrists for prescriptions and fittings
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
