Job Title: Operations & Dispatch Executive - Cab Operations

Role Summary

We are hiring Operations & Dispatch Executives with prior experience in cab-hailing / mobility companies to manage real-time trip execution, driver coordination, and billing support. The role demands speed, accuracy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Dispatch & Trip Management
- Allocate trips to drivers/vendors in real-time
- Monitor live trips and ensure on-time pickups/drop-offs:
- Handle trip escalations, delays, and reassignments
- Ensure high trip success rate and zero service failures

2. Driver & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with drivers for availability, routing, and compliance
- Manage vendor partners for fleet supply and service quality
- Resolve on-ground issues quickly (no dependency mindset)

3. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare and validate trip sheets, invoices, and billing data:
- Ensure accuracy in kms, duty hours, and rates:
- Coordinate with accounts/team for timely closures

4. Client Coordination
- Handle client communication for bookings, updates, and issues




- Maintain professional communication with corporate clients:
- Ensure quick turnaround on queries and complaints

Eligibility Criteria (Strict)
- Minimum 2+ years experience in:
- Cab aggregators:Ola / Uber / BluSmart / QuikRide / similar:
- Car rental / corporate transport operations
- Experience in dispatch + operations + billing (at least 2 of 3 mandatory)
- Graduate (mandatory):
- Strong spoken & written English (non-negotiable):
- Must be based in Gurgaon / nearby (no relocation cases)

Required Skills:
- Robust real-time decision making under pressure:
- Good command over Excel / Google Sheets:
- Familiar with trip lifecycle, duty slips, and billing formats:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously:
