Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction for the school in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Oversee academic programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Supervise and mentor teachers to enhance their career development.
- Develop and implement policies to maintain discipline and student welfare.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE affiliation norms and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative school culture among staff, students, and parents.




- Manage school finances, budgeting, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
- Represent the school at official CBSE and educational forums.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching and at least 5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal/Principal) in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and affiliation requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, budgeting, and school operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
