The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
- Lead overall business planning, performance management, and growth initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
- Represent the company with clients, partners.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and risk management.
- Ensure corporate governance, legal compliance, and ethical standards.
- Identify new business opportunities, and markets.
- Foster a positive company culture, innovation,



and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior management
- Proven experience in business growth, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Robust understanding of finance, operations, sales, and marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
