Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver a premium customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable jewellery/products
- Drive in-store sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Company's product range, designs, pricing, and ongoing offers
- Assist customers with product selection, billing, and post-purchase support
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed as per brand guidelines
- Support inventory management, stock checks, and coordination with store operation
