Job Overview

We are hiring a full-time LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach Expert to drive client acquisition from the USA market. Your main role will be to build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with high-level decision-makers and convert them into warm leads or sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify ideal client profiles on LinkedIn (USA-based).
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Run daily outreach campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools (e.g., Waalaxy, Lemlist, Zopto).
- Book discovery/sales calls for the sales team.
- Track responses, optimize scripts, and report weekly progress.




- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients on LinkedIn.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
- Experience in targeting and communicating with US-based clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.

Bonus Skills
- Experience in a marketing agency or B2B SaaS workplace.
- Understanding of US sales psychology and buyer behavior.
