In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What you'll do in the role
- Daily monitoring & investigation of breaks and exceptions across various internal controls.
- Resolving reporting issues via manual remediation of reported attributes.
- Work with cross division stakeholders (TTRO, Trade Support, Technology & Business Unit) to investigate the potential reporting issues and their root cause.
- Raising JIRAs for issues identified & getting them prioritized for delivery with CTB and Tech partners.




- Review the existing reporting processes and control framework to identify enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identify and deliver necessary reporting process change to maintain compliance with an evolving regulatory reporting and business change workplace.
- Participating in ISDA and other Industry forums to understand and track the discussions and do follow ups with internal stakeholder as needed.
- Performing analysis of any new reporting requirements (including new fields and change in reporting specifications), working with Legal and Compliance to interpret the ask, perform gap analysis and work with technology teams to quantify the implementation requirements
- Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity.
