Role Summary

First Launch is seeking an SEO Associate to execute and support SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for an early-career SEO professional with hands-on experience who can independently manage defined SEO tasks, work with data, and contribute to measurable performance improvements. The position requires strong execution capabilities, proficiency with SEO tools, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-page SEO activities across multiple client websites based on defined strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and keyword mapping for pages and content assets.
- Perform routine technical SEO audits to identify crawlability,



indexation, and performance issues.
- Support content optimization by providing SEO inputs for blogs, landing pages, and service pages
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and engagement metrics across client accounts
- Assist in competitor analysis to identify keyword opportunities and content gaps
- Maintain SEO trackers, issue logs, and implementation checklists
- Prepare clear, accurate, and actionable SEO performance reports for internal and client reviews
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
- Adhere to agency SEO processes, documentation standards, and delivery timelines
