About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in India, operating on advertised hours. This position requires close collaboration with our international teams to design high-quality software solutions that are both functional and user-friendly. As a Designer, you will be responsible for translating our clients files into customizable products that meet the evolving needs of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities:
The main requirement is to be the bridge between Illustrator and Kit Builder. This can translate and extend into the following points:
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into practical software designs.
- Develop design specifications, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas and workflows of customization through our software.




- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure design compliance with user experience, accessibility, and coding standards.
- Contribute to Scrum meetings and workflows to participate in regular sprint meetings.
- Continuously explore and integrate new design methodologies and technologies.
- Providing our international clients with support, training and excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in graphic design or a relevant field would be ideal
- 0-2 years of experience in a design role or a related field.
- Robust knowledge on Adobe Creative programs, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A strong eye for aesthetics and attention to visual detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work UK business hours from an on-site location in India.
