This role is a combined Guest Services Agent (GSA) and Housekeeping position at Beach Court Holiday Villas. The position is primarily structured around 3 hours of front office (GSA) duties and 5 hours of housekeeping/cleaning duties per shift, depending on operational requirements.
The role is responsible for delivering a warm and welcoming guest experience while ensuring apartments and common areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation. On busier days or where additional cleaning is required, extra housekeeping support may be sourced from other at Hotel Group properties to assist wih workload demands.
