Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Explain the company’s products/services and close deals over calls.
- Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and update lead status regularly.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English communication preferred.
- Target-oriented and passionate about sales.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in lead conversion and tele-calling sales.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
