About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
- Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
- Address customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic math skills for billing and transactions
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail stores, showrooms, or malls
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
