Role Objective

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Reporting & Documentation: Maintain rigorous daily reporting standards. You will be responsible for updating and managing performance trackers using MS Excel and Google Docs to document keyword rankings, organic traffic fluctuations, and campaign milestones.
- SEO Strategy & Trends: Execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies while staying highly updated with the latest AI trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure long-term ranking stability.
- Search Engine Optimization: Perform advanced keyword research, meta-data optimization, and high-authority link-building (Guest Posting, Backlinks, and Local Citations).
- Technical SEO Monitoring: Utilize Google Search Console and Google Analytics to identify and resolve site health issues, including crawl errors, indexing challenges, and mobile usability.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps in current strategies and implement innovative SEO tactics.
- Team Collaboration:



Work closely with the broader Digital Marketing team to ensure SEO efforts are aligned with content and social media initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of demonstrable experience in a skilled SEO role.
- Industry Awareness: Strong knowledge of AI trends in SEO and how they impact search behavior and rankings.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
- Reporting Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (for data analysis/formulas) and Google Docs (for documentation and daily reporting).
- Professional Attributes: A disciplined approach to workplace punctuality (10:00 AM start) and a firm commitment to meeting daily deliverables.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
