Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to qualified leads and prospects, following up on potential business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Track and follow up on pending payments from clients, ensuring timely collection and maintaining healthy cash flow
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and professional responses
- Coordinate with clients regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and product specifications
- Liaise with the sales team to provide updates on client interactions, feedback, and market insights




- Coordinate with the dispatch and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, and inventory management
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate contact information, interaction history, and transaction details
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, activity summaries, and performance metrics for management review

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role (1-2 years preferred)
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is a plus
- Experience with CRM software is preferred; willingness to learn new systems
- Basic understanding of chemical products or B2B sales processes is advantageous
