Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Design and execute recruitment strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and high-demand roles
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reports for leadership
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (2+ years)
- Solid expertise in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within tight timelines




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools and recruitment analytics

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for healthcare, pharma, or technology roles
- Exposure to campus hiring and bulk recruitment drives
- Understanding of compensation benchmarking and market trends

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
