1. Production Planning & Execution
- Plan and supervise daily production activities as per orders and schedules
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Monitor production output and minimize downtime

2. Team Management
- Supervise tailors, cutters, helpers, and machine operators
- Allocate work and ensure proper workflow on the production floor
- Train workers on quality standards and safety practices

3. Quality Control
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with the Quality team for inline and final inspections
- Reduce defects, rework, and wastage

4. Process & Efficiency Improvement
- Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Improve line balancing and productivity
- Monitor KPIs like efficiency %, rejection %, and output per line

5. Material & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with stores for fabric, trims, and accessories availability




- Ensure no production delay due to material shortages

6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure workplace safety standards are followed
- Maintain compliance with audits (SEDEX, BSCI, etc. if applicable)

7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily production reports
- Report issues, delays, and solutions to management
- Track order status and ensure timely dispatch

Key Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of home têxtile products (bedding, cushions, table linen, etc.)
- Understanding of stitching, cutting, finishing processes
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of production planning and line balancing
- Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
