We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential interior work. The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior work at site (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.)

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications

Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and workers

Monitor project timeline and ensure timely completion of tasks

Maintain quality control and ensure high finishing standards

Check material delivery, usage, and prevent wastage

Handle site issues and provide quick solutions

Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained

Provide regular progress updates and reports to the owner

Verify bills, measurements, and work completion before payments

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years in interior site supervision (residential preferred)





Strong knowledge of interior work (modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical layouts, etc.)

Ability to read drawings and plans

Good communication and coordination skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Basic understanding of material quality and costing

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design

Experience in premium or luxury home projects

Working Conditions:
On-site presence required daily

Flexible working hours based on project needs

As per experience (monthly salary or project-based fee)
