Architect (Execution & Working Drawings)

A+I Architecture Studio is hiring an Architect who is strong in working drawings, detailing, and coordination.
This role focuses on execution — not just concept design.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
- Develop DPR and GFC drawings
- Coordinate with structural & MEP consultants
- Assist in BOQ/drawing coordination
- Handle revisions and drawing documentation
- Participate in site visits and technical clarifications
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in architectural office
- Strong AutoCAD skills (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings
- Ability to work with deadlines and structured processes
Preferred
- Experience in government/institutional projects
- DPR or working drawing experience
